2014 Senior Pics | Senior Rep Program | Louisville Senior Photographer

The Senior Rep Program

THE TIME IS NOW!

*Requirements*
You must be a Junior or Senior of a local public or private high school with an outgoing personality and a substantial GPA being involved in your school through activities or associations and/or the community.

You must not make negative or nasty comments or remarks of any kind about other photographers’ works or their personal creative opinions or anyone for that matter.

You must be willing to encourage peers to "like" ALArms Photography fan page on Facebook, follow me on twitter and view the website for pricing details as well as frequently asked questions. If someone asks you a question that you don't know, please don't guess, please send them to my site or have them email or call me.

You must be willing to communicate regularly with ALArms Photography by email, text, phone etc. about how the program is going, your progress and for replacement business cards—if necessary.

You must have a Facebook/Twitter profile and agree to use it for marketing, additionally making your profile photo and/or cover photo one from our sessions for the duration of your senior year.

You have to agree to ONLY represent ALArms Photography and put in a 100% genuine effort toward the success of ALArms Photography, in turn earning credits toward your products. (The ONLY exception is if you would like to do traditional formal pose from your yearbook photographer you may, as I do not offer "drape" photos)

Ok so if you think you fit the requirements... now you get to choose which option fits you.
 *Program Options*
There are TWO OPTIONS for the senior rep program:

OPTION A: what you get
A CRAZY discounted price of ONLY $75.00
First session, is the REP session and will happen the spring before your Senior Year, so it's important to apply ASAP! Multiple outfit changes included.
Second session is to happen Summer or Fall of your senior year, with multiple outfit changes.
Don’t forget about the “friend” session – you can add a friend to either of these two sessions at no charge

25-50 business/referral cards and free Smart Phone App of your entire gallery to share with family and friends.

OPTION B: what you get
FREE 1 hour session and will happen the spring before your Senior Year, so it's important to apply ASAP!

25-50 business/referral cards and free Smart Phone App of your entire gallery to share with family and friends.

Bonus:
Bonus session is available to both options - If you obtain 3 or more referrals before your prints are ordered toward the end of the school year, you will then be qualified for a BONUS session!

You can use your BONUS session anytime you would like, for whatever you would like and with whomever you would like, but you have to have gotten at least three paid referrals before its scheduled. (ideas for bonus session: homecoming, prom, random event etc.)

The more hype you build the more involved you will become in the program.

All you have to do is tell your friends about me, where to find me, hand out some business cards/rep. cards, and let me use your photos on marketing materials. *A minor release form would need to be signed by parents if under the age of 18.

The personalized photo-business cards will have images from your sessions and are for you to pass out to all your Senior friends. For each SENIOR that books a session and pays the appointment fee and fulfills their session to completion, you will get $10.00 CASH reward or $20.00 credit toward a print package, a la carte purchases or digital images purchase.

REMEMBER: Your referrals MUST state that they were sent/referred by you at the time of booking to receive your CASH or credits as well as a discount on their session price.

SOOO your sitting there thinking, "this is a crazy good deal, what's the catch?"

The only catch to this program is that you have to be a walking, talking marketing tool for ALArms Photography. You have to be willing to "get the word out" to all your friends and even some people you don't know. Outgoing personalities and 110% effort are a must! You must also agree to NOT have your senior photos done by anyone else, even a friend with a nice camera. Thats IT!

Why Senior Photography? | Jefferson & Bullitt County Senior Photographer | Testimonial

Meet Lindsey - Nelson County High School Senior Model Representative for ALArms Photography's Senior Model Program 2012.

The reason you are just now "meeting" her is because she waited until almost the END of the school year to get her photos taken... geeshh!!

But as a good photographer "should" I went ahead an helped her out because, I'm just that kind of person! A lot of photogs would have seen no benefit or gain for them, thus turning her away and saying "you lost your chance". But she did help me find my Nelson County Rep for 2013 so YAY for that and a HUGE thank you for your help this year!

Because Lindsey was so excited about the program but ultimately didn't have that much time to actually "build" credits towards her prints I wanted to try to involve her in other ways than what I had set up as my 2012 Senior Rep program...

So I decided to use her as an example of WHY NOT to wait and from her own words describe the experience she had as an ALArms Photography Senior Model!

My Senior Portrait Experience
by: Lindsey Lawrence, class of 2012 Nelson County High School

ALArms photography is a well organized and well planned photography business but don't think your experience will be boring. I've never experienced a photography session like this or known a photographer that was so inclined to be in contact in such a fun way, we talked about the shoot beforehand so I was able to tell her exactly what I wanted.

It really was all about ME!

Waiting for the session date to come, she recommended I get on Pinterest and pin some photos that I liked. I would text, email and even facebook her with other ideas that I had found or came up with and we talked about my outfits and what she thought would look great, she was so on the same page with me, it was awesome.

When it was time for the shoot, rain was in the forecast, I texted her to see if we needed to cancel and she told me, as long as there isn't a down pour, she'd see me there and to bring an umbrella! WOW!

I had so much fun on my photo shoot, we cracked up and laughed the whole time and I had a blast laughing at myself but I felt comfortable in my own shoes because it felt like we were just friends, hanging out at the park.

I felt like a true model and was more confident and comfortable with posing than I've ever been, it never felt awkward, stiff or weird and when it did feel weird , like "why is my hand on my face like this?" she would take the picture and then turn the camera around to show me this beautiful portrait of ME and I couldn't believe that it turned out like that!

It's crazy what happens during the session, it's like she somehow makes an amazing studio everywhere she goes. I knew when it started raining and we kept going that Amanda was in it for me and not my money and you'd never know it even rained with the amazing pictures she took.

All my friends were loving the rep cards she gave me to hand out and I got so many compliments and comments on my facebook where she tagged my pics , it was CRAZY! She made it so easy to spread the word about her work because those rep cards were so much fun passing out, people kept telling me how great I looked, so it made me feel like a "big deal"!

OH and thanks to Amanda my face was on my graduation cake.... can you say cool??

I'm so happy I got the chance to get my senior pictures professionally done because everyone says "high school is the best time of your life", if that's true and this is the best it gets, I never want to forget it.

I loved high school and I got to showcase all my accomplishments throughout it and FFA.

I would suggest to ALL seniors to get their pictures done professionally because when they get older, having something to remind them of everything they accomplished will be worth the time and money spent, and they wont regret it with Amanda and ALArms photography.
Thanks Amanda for giving me the super ROCK STAR treatment! It was a day I won't soon forget! (:

What to wear | July Style

July, the month of Vacations!

You wouldn't believe the number of family sessions I seen on the beach when we were in Panama City Beach last week... At least 5 in a one mile section of the beach... 2 of the family's did the ol'everyone wear white shirts and khaki shorts or jeans and then there were the black shirts and jeans and there was one family who stood out doing a nice over all turquoise for everyone. It's nice to make everyone uniform so you know that these people belong with this group but what about personal style... individual taste?

Don't be boring and have every family member wear the same color - let everyones style shine through yet coordinate!

These boards are to school you on up coming fashions and to simply inspire clients attire, because the days of khakis/jeans and white button down shirts/Polo's for the entire family are LONG GONE!
Here are some ideas for fun pops of color in your shoot.

* * * * *
New Fashions Available July 12th

As always....

These fashion boards for what to wear for your session guides are merely to give you an idea of would work well in your photography shoot or what I would love to see a client wear.
These fun little boards are NOT to make you go purchase these exact selections on the day they come out at the store nor are they designed to diminish your own sense of style.
By all means I want you to come to your session fully dressed in the attire that screams "ME" because those will be the photos that best represent YOU at this moment in time.

Rummage your closet and pull something together to emulate these fashions.
For family sessions start with the family member that has the least amount of items to work with, then select a color that is common to the whole family's wardrobe or that can be coordinated with another common color of the family's attire.
Then go to the next family members closet and choose something that coordinates with what you have just chosen. This does NOT mean choosing the SAME exact color but a choice with the same color family or style.
Continue this until everyone has an outfit, then lay them out next to each other to make sure they actually do look well side by side, layered, etc.

A new fashion board will be posted at the beginning of each month, but if you need MORE fashion boards, RIGHT NOW...

Please visit my Pinterest board of "Inspire my clients style"
Check out the Senior Pose n Clothes board as well.
